Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Resident Services Coordinator in Houston to deliver excellent tenant service, coordinate resident activities, promote a quality living experience, and support property staff across multiple communities.

You will manage events, newsletters, work orders, and resident communications with strong organization and communication, ensuring timely maintenance and resolution of issues, while providing a welcoming environment for all residents.

Qualifications

• Proven customer service experience preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates all resident functions and activities including orienting residents to the property and assisting with utility setup and package delivery reminders.
• Develops and publishes property newsletters with planned events, resident services, and advertisements.
• Handles resident issues including neighbor disputes, maintenance requests, and prepares incident reports.
• Schedules club house rentals, maintains contracts, collects fees, and coordinates guest accommodations.
• Processes work orders for maintenance, verifies completion, and communicates status to residents.
• Inspects buildings and grounds for safety and cleanliness and communicates needs to maintenance.
