Qualifications

• 1 year of customer service experience and ability to pass fair housing exam.
• Relevant experience in property or community settings.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with file audits, customer service and resident engagement.
• Affordable program experience is a plus.
• Ability to work independently without direct supervision.
• Proficiency with property-level operations software: Outlook, Excel, Word, Internet.

Responsibilities

• Greet prospects, guests and visitors as they arrive to the community.
• Provide a personalized experience focused on care and convenience for residents.
• Engage with residents to maintain positive relationships and fulfill expectations.
• Respond to complaints promptly and professionally to achieve satisfaction.
• Act as a communication hub through the resident portal and postings.
• Plan and deliver resident events and activities and measure value.
