Sares-Regis Group in Palo Alto, CA is hiring a Resident Services Coordinator for the Stanford West community. You will greet residents, provide a personalized experience, and foster positive relationships while addressing concerns and coordinating events.

The role requires 1 year of customer service experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to work Tue-Sat 9am-6pm. Salary is $26/hour with a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for bonuses and discounts.

Qualifications

• 1 year of excellent customer service experience and pass fair housing exam.
• Ability to communicate effectively both written and verbal.
• Experience with file audits, resident engagement and customer service.
• Ability to work independently without direct supervision.
• Knowledge of property-level operations software; Outlook, Internet, Excel and Word.
• Current driver’s license and auto insurance.
• Able to work weekends and overtime as needed.

Responsabilités

• Greet prospects, guests and visitors as they arrive at the community.
• Provide a personalized experience with emphasis on care and convenience for residents.
• Engage with residents and maintain positive relationships while meeting expectations.
• Respond to resident complaints promptly and professionally, ensuring resolution.
• Act as communication hub for community happenings via portal and postings.
• Plan, promote and deliver resident events and activities with value beyond the apartment.
• Identify and implement opportunities to improve resident happiness and service.
