Job summary

CCMC is seeking a passionate Community Manager to join our team and lead daily operations for a resident-centric community. You will oversee assets, vendors, and resources, ensuring compliance with governing documents while driving community initiatives.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years of onsite management experience with strong operational and financial backgrounds, along with a Bachelor’s degree. CAM designation is a plus and a strong emphasis on resident relations and collaboration is required.

Qualifications

• Three+ years of onsite community management (HOA) or similar experience.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher preferred; CAM designation desirable.
• Strong leadership, communication, and financial oversight capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Drive daily operations and ensure community goals align with CCMC’s mission.
• Oversee assets, vendors, and resources while ensuring compliance with governing documents.
• Manage budgets, prepare variance reports, and implement board directives.
