Qualifications

• Three+ years of onsite community management (HOA) experience with strong operations and finances.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher; CAM certification preferred/required in applicable states.

Responsibilities

• Drive community initiatives and daily operations aligned with CCMC’s mission.
• Foster relationships with residents, board members, and staff through effective communication.
• Manage budgets, variance reports, and board directives ensuring financial transparency.
• Develop and implement risk management programs and long-term planning.
• Lead and mentor onsite team, focusing on delegation, collaboration, and performance.
