Job summary

CCMC, a leader in large-scale community management, is seeking a passionate Community Manager to join our onsite team. Lead daily operations, oversee assets, budgets, vendors, and ensure governance compliance while guiding strategic decision-making to enhance resident experiences.

You will build relationships with residents, board members, and staff, mentor the onsite team, and promote inclusion and accountability.

Qualifications

• Three or more years of onsite community management (HOA) or similar experience.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher; CAM designation/certifications preferred; CAM license required upon hire in FL, NV, GA (within 90 days elsewhere).
• Strong verbal and written communication; ability to engage diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Drive community initiatives aligning with CCMC’s mission.
• Foster collaborative relationships with residents, board members, and staff.
• Ensure financial accountability: manage budgets and variance reports.
• Maintain risk management compliance and long-term planning.
• Develop and motivate the onsite team through delegation and coaching.
• Guide strategic decisions and advise the board on policy and planning.
• Engage the community through meetings and participatory programs.
