Job summary

Capital Consultants Management Corporation (CCMC) seeks a Community Manager to oversee onsite HOA operations, lead daily activities, manage assets and budgets, and ensure governance compliance.

You will build resident relationships, mentor the onsite team, advise the board on long‑term planning, and drive initiatives that enhance the resident experience while upholding CCMC's values. This role requires 3+ years of onsite management and a Bachelor's degree; CAM license may be required.

Qualifications

• Three or more years of onsite community management (HOA) or similar experience.
• Bachelor’s degree, designations, or certifications in a related field (highly preferred). CAM license required upon hire in Florida, Nevada, and Georgia (within 90 days of hire in all other states).

Responsibilities

• Drive daily community operations and asset management, ensuring compliance with governing documents.
• Foster collaborative relationships with residents, board members, and staff through open communication.
• Maintain financial accountability by managing budgets, variance reports, and board directives.
