Job summary

CCMC, a leader in large-scale community management in the North Houston area, seeks a passionate Community Manager to lead onsite operations, manage budgets, and foster strong relationships with residents and the board. The role emphasizes integrity, service, and community alignment with CCMC’s mission.

Three+ years in onsite community management, a bachelor’s degree, and CAM license (where applicable) are preferred.

Qualifications

• Three or more years of onsite community management (HOA) or related experience.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field; CAM license preferred/required in some states.

Responsibilities

• Drive community initiatives: lead daily operations, oversee assets, vendors and resources while ensuring compliance with governing documents.
• Foster collaborative relationships with residents, board members and staff via open, respectful communication.
• Ensure financial accountability: manage budgets, prepare variance reports, implement board directives.
• Maintain risk management compliance: develop and execute risk management programs.
• Develop and motivate onsite teams: lead, delegate, and develop staff performance.
• Guide strategic decisions: advise board on long-term planning and policy alignment.
• Engage the community: facilitate resident meetings and create opportunities for participation.
