Job summary

CCMC is seeking a Community Manager to lead onsite HOA operations with a resident‑centric focus. You’ll manage daily activities, oversee budgets, and build strong relationships with residents, board members, and staff.

The role requires 3+ years in community management, a bachelor’s degree, and CAM licensing where applicable. You’ll promote integrity, service, and community while guiding strategic decisions and driving participation.

Qualifications

• Three+ years of onsite community management (HOA) or equivalent experience.
• Strong operational and financial background with budget handling.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher with CAM license preferred; license required within 90 days in applicable states.

Responsibilities

• Drive daily community initiatives and align goals with CCMC’s mission.
• Foster relationships with residents, board members, and staff.
• Ensure financial accountability through budgets, variance reports, and board directives.
• Develop and implement risk management programs and long-term planning.
• Lead onsite team with delegation, coaching, and performance development.
• Advise the board on strategic decisions and policy development.
• Engage the community with meetings and inclusive participation.
