Capital Consultants Management Corporation (CCMC) is seeking an experienced Community Manager to lead onsite operations for large-scale residential communities. You will oversee budgets, vendor relations, and compliance while guiding a dedicated onsite team and reporting to the board on strategic directions.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience onsite in HOA or similar environments with strong operational and financial background.
• Bachelor’s degree; CAM certification preferred or required in some states.

• Strong verbal and written communication; ability to engage diverse stakeholders.
• Team development: delegation, coaching, mentoring for high-performing teams.
• Adaptability and resilience in addressing challenges while improving resident experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations to align community goals with CCMC’s mission.
• Build relationships with residents, board members, and staff through open communication.
• Manage budgets, variance reports, and board directives for financial transparency.
• Develop and implement risk management programs and long-term planning.
• Lead onsite team development through delegation and coaching.
• Advise board on long-term planning and policy decisions.
• Facilitate resident meetings to foster engagement and inclusion.
