Job summary

CCMC is seeking a passionate Community Manager to join our team and elevate the resident experience in a master-planned community. You will drive daily operations, oversee budgets, and mentor onsite staff to deliver exceptional service with integrity and collaboration.

This role requires a Bachelor's degree and at least three years of onsite HOA or related management experience, with CAM certification preferred. A comprehensive benefits package and ongoing professional development are offered.

Qualifications

• Three or more years of onsite community management (HOA) or similar experience (hospitality, parks and recreation, city government).
• Bachelor’s degree, designations, or certifications in a related field (highly preferred). CAM license required upon hire in Florida, Nevada, and Georgia (within 90 days of hire in all other states).
• Strong verbal and written communication; ability to engage diverse stakeholders.
• Commitment to integrity, respect, service, and community.

Responsibilities

• Drive daily operations to align community goals with CCMC’s mission.
• Foster collaborative relationships with residents, board members, and staff.
• Ensure financial accountability by managing budgets and variance reports.
• Maintain risk management compliance and long-term planning.
• Develop and motivate onsite teams through delegation, coaching, and mentoring.
• Guide strategic decisions by advising the board on long-term planning and policy.
