Job summary

Greystar in New York, NY seeks a Resident Services Coordinator to support tenants and property staff by leveraging property knowledge to promote a quality living experience. You will organize resident activities, manage packages, and assist with utility setups while maintaining strong resident relations.

The role requires coordinating events, handling maintenance requests, and preparing incident reports. On-site work with evening/weekend call duties is expected, within a comprehensive benefits

Responsibilities

• Coordinates resident functions and activities and orients residents to the property.
• Assists with utility set-up and delivery of packages and reminder notices.
• Develops and publishes a property newsletter with events and resident services.
• Handles resident issues including neighbor disputes, maintenance, and requests.
• Prepares incident reports in accordance with company standards.
• Schedules clubhouse rentals, collects applicable fees, ensures rentals are in rental condition.
• Processes work orders for maintenance and verifies resident satisfaction with work.
• Inspects buildings and grounds for safety and cleanliness and reports repairs.
