Greystar is seeking a Resident Services Coordinator to deliver exceptional customer service to prospective and current tenants and property staff. You will help plan resident activities, publish newsletters, and coordinate events to promote a high-quality living experience.

The role involves handling resident issues, processing maintenance orders, and producing incident reports in line with company standards. A flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service skills to assist tenants and staff.
• Ability to coordinate resident events and activities and publish communications.
• Ability to document incidents and prepare reports per company standards.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all resident functions and orient residents to the property.
• Develop and publish a property newsletter with events and services.
• Handle resident issues, maintenance requests, and incident reporting.
• Schedule clubhouse rentals, manage fees, and ensure guest suites are ready.
• Process maintenance work orders and verify completion with residents.
• Inspect property for safety and cleanliness and flag repairs as needed.
