Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Resident Services Coordinator to deliver exceptional customer service to prospective tenants, current residents and staff by leveraging in-depth knowledge of the property and its operations. You will help plan and execute resident activities and promote a quality living experience for all residents.

Coordinating events, handling packages and notices, publishing the property newsletter, processing work orders, and assisting maintenance teams are core responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to coordinate resident events and activities.
• Knowledge of property operations and resident services.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate resident functions and orient residents to the property.
• Develops and publishes property newsletter.
• Handle resident issues including maintenance requests and guest inquiries.
• Process work orders and ensure timely completion.
• Inspect buildings and grounds for safety and cleanliness.
