Job summary

Greystar's Lifestyle Coordinator role supports daily community operations and resident retention. You will assist in move-ins, coordinate events, and collaborate with Community Manager and Sales Consultants to drive engagement and leasing goals.

The position requires strong hospitality, organization, and multitasking skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional resident experiences across community amenities and programs.

Qualifications

• Experience in apartment communities or property management preferred.
• Strong guest relations and hospitality mindset.
• Ability to coordinate events and programs that engage residents.

Responsibilities

• Greets prospects and residents and assists with office tours.
• Answers phones and routes calls to appropriate team members.
• Maintains guest suite schedule and manages move-ins/move-outs.
• Manages package deliveries and notifies residents.
• Ensures amenities are prepared for resident use.
• Develops and executes events and programs with measurable outcomes.
• Maintains local area information and relationships with vendors.
• Manages Lifestyle email communications and promotes events.
• Creates monthly calendar, newsletter, and flyers for Resident Portal.
• Supports sales/marketing program standards and budget considerations.
