Greystar Worldwide, LLC is seeking a Lifestyle Coordinator to support day‑to‑day community management alongside the Community Manager and Sales Consultants. You will assist with move‑ins, plan events, and collaborate on sales and marketing efforts to enhance resident retention.

You will greet prospects, manage tours, coordinate guest suites, and handle amenities, calendars, and communications to residents. Strong guest service and organization are essential for success in this role.

Responsibilities

• Greets prospects and residents, assists with office tours and inquiries.
• Answers phone calls and routes them to appropriate team members.
• Maintains guest suite and move-in/elevator schedules; coordinates loading dock.
• Manages all package deliveries and notifies residents within 24 hours.
• Ensures amenities are tour-ready for resident use.
• Develops and executes events, programs, and services with measurable outcomes.
• Maintains local vendor relationships and resident recommendations.
• Responds to Lifestyle emails and supports marketing of events and initiatives.
• Creates monthly calendar, newsletter, and flyers; updates Resident Portal.
• Supports sales and marketing program standards and budgets for activities and retention.
• Reviews expenses and contributes to budget planning for the property portfolio.
