Job summary

Trinity Property Consultants is seeking an Assistant Property Manager to support daily operations and financial performance of our properties. You will partner with the Property Manager to deliver a superior resident experience, maintain operational excellence, and assist with leasing, collections, and administrative tasks.

The role is ideal for a detail-oriented, customer-focused professional seeking growth in multifamily property management.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in multifamily residential property management is required.
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent required. Industry certifications (CAM, CPM, RMP, CMCA) are preferred but not required. Knowledge of Fair Housing laws and regulations.
• Tech Proficiency: Intermediate skills in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams) and SharePoint, ADP. Experience with Yardi, Entrata, Celeri, EliseAI and Asana is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Receive, process, and post rent payments in accordance with company standards.
• Assist with collections, including past-due balances and former resident accounts.
• Maintain all account records and financial transactions, including NSF checks and rent-related debits/credits.
• Keep complete and accurate resident files.
• Assist with market surveys and competitive analysis.
• Show, lease, and assist with move-ins for prospective residents.
• Process rental applications, renewals, and move-out documentation.
• Conduct move-in and move-out inspections; manage deposits.
• Perform regular property and vacant unit inspections.
• Coordinate with Maintenance and vendors for prompt service resolution.
