Trinity Property Consultants in Seattle seeks an Assistant Property Manager to support daily operations and drive financial performance for our multifamily properties.

You will partner with the Property Manager to handle leasing, rent processing, collections, and administrative duties while delivering exceptional resident service and ensuring adherence to company standards. This role suits detail-oriented professionals seeking growth in property management.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in multifamily residential property management is required.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; certifications (CAM, CPM, RMP, CMCA) are preferred but not required.
• Proficiency with MS Office and property management software; knowledge of Fair Housing laws is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Receive, post, and process rent payments in line with company standards.
• Assist with collections, including past-due balances and former resident accounts.
• Maintain accurate resident and financial records, including deposits and credits.
• Conduct move-in/move-out inspections and prepare related documentation.
• Support leasing activities and guest communication to ensure high resident satisfaction.
