Job summary

Trinity Property Consultants is seeking an Assistant Property Manager to support daily operations and financial performance at a multifamily property.

You will partner with the Property Manager to deliver an exceptional resident experience, manage leasing, applications, payments, and inspections, and contribute to overall property success. This role offers growth within the organization and a collaborative team environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years in multifamily residential property management.
• High school diploma or equivalent; industry certifications preferred but not required.
• Proficient with MS Office and property management software (Yardi, Entrata, Celeri, EliseAI, Asana).

Responsibilities

• Show, lease, and assist with move-ins for prospective residents.
• Process rental applications, renewals, and move-out documentation.
• Conduct move-in inspections and deposit accounting.
• Perform regular property and vacant unit inspections.
• Coordinate with Maintenance and vendors for service delivery.
• Provide exceptional customer service to residents.
