Job summary

Trinity Property Consultants, LLC is seeking an Assistant Property Manager to support daily operations and financial performance of a multifamily property in Houston. You’ll partner with the Property Manager to deliver an exceptional resident experience and maintain operational excellence.

The role requires a detail-oriented, customer-focused professional with strong leasing, collections, and administrative capabilities; 2+ years in multifamily property management is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in multifamily residential property management.
• High school diploma or equivalent; industry certifications (CAM, CPM, RMP, CMCA) preferred but not required.
• Proficiency in MS Office, SharePoint, ADP and property management software.
• Strong customer service, leasing, collections, and administrative skills.

Responsibilities

• Receive, process, and post rent payments in accordance with company standards.
• Assist with collections, including past-due balances and former resident accounts.
• Maintain all account records and financial transactions, including NSF checks and rent related entries.
• Keep complete and accurate resident files and documentation.
• Assist with market surveys and competitive analysis.
• Show, lease, and assist with move-ins for prospective residents.
• Process rental applications, renewals, and move-out documentation.
• Conduct move-in inspections and assist with deposits and move-out documentation.
• Perform regular property and vacant unit inspections and coordinate with maintenance and vendors.
• Provide excellent customer service to residents and support the Property Manager.
