MAA in Smyrna, TN seeks a Resident Experience Specialist to deliver exceptional resident service and provide administrative support to the property management team. You will guide move-ins, conduct inspections, coordinate service requests, and help residents feel at home.

You will manage communications via phone, email, and CRM, assist with tours, partner with on-site staff and vendors, and contribute to resident retention through organized events and timely problem solving.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of customer service and/or administrative support experience.
• Bachelor’s degree and/or leasing experience preferred.
• Bilingual skills preferred (English/Spanish).

Responsabilités

• Conducts move-in and move-out inspections.
• Coordinates service requests and vendor activities.
• Provides resident orientations and tours when needed.
• Responds to resident questions via phone, email, and CRM.
• Maintains knowledge of community amenities and procedures.
• Supports property management with calendar and events.
• Monitors online reputation and facilitates make-ready tasks.
