Job summary

MAA is seeking a Resident Experience Manager to partner with property management, delivering outstanding resident service and administrative support to the on-site team at our Austin communities. You will oversee move-in/move-out processes, inspections, resident orientations, and coordination of service requests to promote satisfaction and retention.

You will lead the onsite team in absence of the property manager, manage tours, vendor coordination, and community outreach while upholding MAA’s

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of customer service or administrative support experience.
• Bachelor’s degree; leasing experience preferred.
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to lead and develop onsite teams and coordinate with vendors.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to residents and administrative support to the property management office.
• Manage move-in/move-out experiences, inspections, orientations, and service requests.
• Coordinate transfers, tours (with walk-ins or scheduled), and make-ready processes.
• Lead onsite team in the absence of the property manager and maintain CRM records.
• Oversee community outreach, online reputation, and local market knowledge.
