MAA is seeking a Resident Experience Specialist to join our Scottsdale communities. You will support residents with move-in and move-out experiences, conduct orientations, manage service requests, and facilitate transfers between communities.

You’ll help maintain high resident satisfaction by coordinating with on-site teams and vendors. In this role you’ll oversee tours for prospects, respond to resident inquiries, and contribute to our knowledge base and online reputation.

Formación

• 1-3 years of customer service and/or administrative support experience (or equivalent).
• Experience with CRM systems and property management tools is a plus.
• Knowledge of apartment management practices and related regulations is beneficial.

Responsabilidades

• Perform move-in/move-out inspections and coordinate related processes.
• Conduct resident orientations and assist with tours and show units.
• Respond to resident questions via phone, online and CRM; escalate issues as needed.
• Coordinate with vendors for packages, pest control, and make-ready tasks.
• Maintain knowledge of community amenities, local markets, and competitors.
• Lead resident engagement initiatives and community calendar activities.
