Qualifications

• 3–5 years of customer service and/or administrative support experience required or equivalent
• Knowledge of apartment/multifamily operations and local regulations is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree with leasing and/or preferred

Responsibilities

• Provides leadership and guidance in the absence of the property manager
• Conducts pre-walk inspections of units prior to move-in and move-in/move-out inspections
• Coordinates service requests and facilitates resident transfers within communities
• Develops knowledge of community amenities and features to inform residents
• Manages resident engagement and community calendar to promote satisfaction and retention
• Oversees online reputation and responds to resident inquiries
• Maintains confidentiality and professional discretion
