Job summary

MAA is seeking a Resident Experience Specialist in Tampa to deliver exceptional resident service and administrative support across the property management office. You will guide move-in/move-out activities, conduct inspections, and help residents feel welcomed and informed.

You will coordinate service requests, assist with resident orientations, and participate in tours while maintaining knowledge of community amenities and local markets. Team collaboration is essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of customer service or administrative support experience.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent work experience.
• Strong communication and conflict resolution skills.

Responsibilities

• Conducts move-in and move-out inspections and coordinates orientations.
• Processes and tracks service requests and vendor coordination to maintain property standards.
• Offers guided and self-guided tours for prospects and transfers between communities.
• Maintains knowledge of community amenities and market competition.
• Manages calendars for resident engagement events and community outreach.
