Job summary

MAA is seeking a Resident Experience Specialist in Atlanta to support residents and the property management office, promoting satisfaction and retention. You will manage move-in and move-out experiences, inspections, orientations, and coordinate service requests to ensure a smooth leasing journey.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of customer service or administrative support experience.
• Bachelor’s degree and/or leasing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conducts pre-walk inspections of units prior to move-in and performs move-in/move-out inspections using SightPlan.
• Coordinates services and responds to resident questions via phone, online platforms and CRM.
• Offers move-in gifts and conducts resident orientation to welcome and educate new residents.
