Job summary

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of customer service or administrative support experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Knowledge of apartment management laws at federal, state and local levels is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conducts move-in and move-out inspections and orientations.
• Coordinates service requests and vendor communications.
• Assists with property tours for prospects and transfers when needed.
• Provides on-site admin support and maintains CRM data.
