Sentral in Nashville is seeking an Experience Ambassador to deliver exceptional hospitality and engage residents and homeshare guests. This on-site role focuses on responding to inquiries, coordinating services, and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere across the property.

Ideal candidates have hospitality or customer service experience, strong communication, and the ability to manage multiple requests with discretion to maximize resident satisfaction and community engagement.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year in hospitality or customer service required.
• Multifamily experience preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficient with software systems and ability to learn new tools.

Responsibilities

• Uphold Sentral’s standards and deliver superior customer service.
• Establish rapport with residents and guests to create a welcoming atmosphere.
• Serve as the first point of contact between guests and the organization.
• Prioritize requests with friendliness, efficiency, and confidentiality.
• Greet residents by name and with a smile.
• Provide hospitality in line with QA expectations to create memorable experiences.
• Resolve disputes promptly to achieve customer satisfaction.
• Assist with administrative tasks and on-site operations as needed.
• Keep updated on local activities to offer recommendations.
