Job summary

Brookdale Senior Living in Weatherford, TX is seeking a Resident Engagement Coordinator to foster meaningful resident connections and plan monthly activity calendars in collaboration with residents.

You will coordinate events with the community leadership team and arrange engaging programs, including optional community outings, while supporting a person-centered care approach and safe driving responsibilities where applicable.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of direct experience coordinating, planning and executing programs for adults.
• High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Leadership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Uses a person-centered approach to build relationships with residents.
• Develops a monthly calendar with residents based on shared interests.
• Collaborates with community leadership to plan and execute events.
• Plans engaging activities outside the community, including driving a community vehicle.
