Qualifications

• A minimum of 1 year of direct experience coordinating, planning, and executing programs with adults.
• High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s Degree preferred in related fields.
• Leadership experience is a plus and may be preferred by some communities.

Responsibilities

• Uses a person-centered approach to foster relationships among residents.
• Develops monthly activity calendars with residents’ input and interests.
• Plans and coordinates events with community leadership for holidays, family gatherings, and marketing initiatives.
• Arranges opportunities for resident engagement outside the community, including driving a community vehicle when needed.
