Qualifications

• 1 year direct experience coordinating, planning, and executing programs.
• High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Leadership experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develops a monthly calendar with residents based on shared interests.
• Collaborates with community leadership to plan, coordinate and execute events.
• Plans and schedules meaningful resident engagement activities inside or outside the community, including driving a community vehicle if needed.
