Brookdale Senior Living is seeking a compassionate Resident Engagement Coordinator at our Texas community. You will build relationships with residents, design monthly activity calendars, coordinate events with the leadership team, and drive meaningful experiences that foster social connection and well‑being.

This role requires at least 1 year of experience with adults, a high school diploma or GED (Bachelor’s preferred), and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of direct experience coordinating, planning and executing programs.
• High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's preferred.
• Leadership experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Uses a person-centered approach to build relationships with residents.
• Develops a monthly calendar with residents based on shared interests.
• Collaborates with leadership to plan and execute community events, including holidays and special activities.
• Plans engaging opportunities outside the community, possibly including driving a community vehicle.
