Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 1–2 years of coordinating, planning and executing group activities.
• English communication, verbal and written.
• Valid driver’s license with good driving record.
• May drive company or personal vehicle for events.
• Proficient with Word, Outlook, Excel; iPad/tablet use.

Responsibilities

• Lead Engage Life programs and develop daily, weekly, and monthly plans.
• Keep residents connected to each other and to activities and the community.
• Teach and lead exercises and assist with fitness equipment.
• Welcome new residents and help integrate them into activities.
• Coordinate events, calendars, and monthly program calendars.
• Support operations to meet customer satisfaction standards.
• Open/close the community and act as manager on duty as required.
• Engage in community PR and coordinate with Support Center for publicity.
• Hire, train, supervise and develop drivers; assist with volunteer recruitment.
• Assist in planning parties, events and seasonal decorations.
