Job summary

Atria Senior Living is seeking an Engage Life Coordinator to design and implement programs that enrich residents' lives and exceed activity expectations. You will tailor opportunities, lead daily programs, and help residents stay connected with their community and hobbies.

Responsibilities include planning calendars, supervising drivers and volunteers, and ensuring smooth daily operations while acting as manager on duty when required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• 1–2 years coordinating, planning and executing group activities and events.
• Excellent English communication in writing and speaking.
• Proficient with standard office equipment.
• Valid driver’s license with good driving record; may drive company/personal vehicle.
• Meet Motor Vehicle Policy standards; proficient with MS Word, Outlook, Excel; use iPad/tablet.

Responsibilities

• Lead Engage Life programs and develop daily, weekly, monthly plans.
• Keep residents connected to each other and to activities and the wider community.
• Teach and lead exercises; assist with fitness equipment use.
• Welcome new residents; coordinate events and publish monthly calendars.
• Support operations to achieve customer satisfaction; act as manager on duty as required.
