Job summary

Atria Senior Living in Kihei, HI, seeks an Engage Life Coordinator to develop and implement programs that enrich residents’ daily lives and promote active aging.

You will lead activities, coordinate schedules, and collaborate with staff to ensure strong resident engagement and satisfaction. A valid driver’s license and strong English communication are required; HS diploma or GED is essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 1–2 years coordinating, planning, and executing group activities and events.

Responsibilities

• Lead Engage Life programs and develop daily/weekly/monthly plans.
• Keep residents connected to each other, the community, and activities.
• Teach and lead exercises; assist with fitness equipment.
