Job summary

Atria Senior Living in the United States is seeking caring team members to support residents in engaging, meaningful activities across our communities. You will lead Engage Life programs, organize recreational activities, and help plan monthly events and celebrations to enhance residents’ active aging lifestyle.

Responsibilities include coordinating with staff, supervising activities with safety in mind, and inviting volunteers to support programs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED and 3–6 months related experience or training.
• Ability to write simple correspondence.
• Ability to present information effectively in one-on-one and small group settings.

Responsibilities

• Lead Engage Life programs and offer diversified recreational activities.
• Develop resident programs including those for residents confined to rooms.
• Plan parties and activities and coordinate volunteers to support programs.
• Engage and motivate residents to increase participation and activity levels.
