Job summary

Atria Senior Living, Inc. is seeking an Engage Life Coordinator to develop and implement engaging programs for residents. You will collaborate with residents to tailor activities that bring delight and purpose to daily life, and you may serve as manager on duty as required.

You will lead structured Engage Life programs, publish calendars, and help coordinate drivers, volunteers, and events while maintaining a welcoming community atmosphere across the residence.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1–2 years of coordinating events experience.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Lead Engage Life programs with daily, weekly and monthly plans.
• Collaborate with residents to tailor activities and connect them with community.
• Teach and lead exercises; assist with fitness equipment.
• Motivate residents through spontaneous, purposeful activities.
• Welcome new residents and integrate them into activities.
• Prepare and publish monthly program calendars and schedules.
• Open/close community; act as manager on duty as required.
• Support public relations and coordinate budgeted goals.
• Coordinate drivers and volunteers for events and outings.
• Assist in planning parties, events, and seasonal decorations.
• Maintain clean, organized activity spaces; perform other duties as needed.
