HHS Senior Living, LLC (USA) is seeking a Resident & Patient Services Manager to oversee nutrition care and food service for assisted living and skilled nursing facilities. You will lead a hospitality‑centered team, ensure food safety and quality, and drive patient satisfaction across dining rooms and kitchens.

The role emphasizes staff training, regulatory compliance, and patient-focused service, with opportunities to contribute to program development and cost-effective nutrition strategies.

Qualificações

• A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role/responsibility is required.
• Proficient computer skills, including Excel and Word.
• Knowledge of regulatory standards.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbally and in writing.
• Excellent at client relationship management.
• Ability to conduct oneself positively and professionally.
• Adhere to facility policies and procedures, including confidentiality and patient rights.

Responsabilidades

• Primary oversight: Food Service/Nutrition and Hospitality for Assisted Living and Skilled Nursing.
• Dining Rooms, Kitchens, Pantries, Pantry Food Supplies, Meal Assembly and Meal Distribution.
• Training, Monitoring, Hiring Staff; conduct annual staff evaluations.
• Develop and monitor resident/patient satisfaction evaluation processes.
• Coordinate and evaluate food service standards to ensure patient satisfaction with meals.
