Job summary

Senior Lifestyle is seeking an experienced Dining Services Manager to oversee day-to-day operations across all dining facilities. You will supervise staff, manage budgets for food and supplies, and ensure adherence to health and safety standards while delivering hospitality that respects residents’ dignity and independence.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of food service management experience.
• Serv Safe or equivalent certifications.
• Ability to multi-task and communicate clearly.
• Positive, professional attitude; focus on quality and cleanliness.

Responsibilities

• Follow Dining Policy and ensure department compliance.
• Purchase food and nonfood items; 95% DSSI ordering compliance.
• Balance and maintain budgets for raw foods and supplies.
• Ensure proper food temperatures and portions for safety.
• Oversee staffing, scheduling, and discipline of dining staff.
• Ensure compliance with health department regulations.
• Lead pre-meal briefings with service staff.
