Qualifications

• Knowledge of food safety standards and practices.

Responsibilities

• Assist in overseeing daily dining operations and staff supervision.
• Ensure adherence to dietary guidelines and food safety policies.
• Maintain records of inventory, costs, and staff schedules.
• Lead training sessions on food preparation, service, and safety.
• Communicate with residents, families, and staff to enhance dining experience.
• Conduct regular inspections of dining areas for cleanliness and organization.
• Represent HCSG through professional interactions with residents and guests.
