You will lead a patient ambassador team, drive high-quality service, coordinate education for patients and staff, and collaborate with leadership to achieve goals in a fast-paced healthcare setting.

Qualifications

• Experience managing a team and in customer service.
• Willingness to relocate for promotion opportunities.
• Serve Safe certification or equivalent required or willing to obtain.
• Certified Dietary Manager / Registered Dietitian / Licensed Dietitian is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership that supports a team environment with morale, passion, quality, and respect.
• Lead recruitment, training, and development of team members.
• Perform daily inspections, patient rounding, assessments, coaching, and counsel team members.
• Provide education to patients, families, nursing, food service, and other facility staff on nutritional needs.
• Coordinate and evaluate food service standards to ensure patient nourishment.
• Take action and provide excellent customer service to correct any issues that occur.
• Implement, manage, and maintain the patient ambassador program for high-quality service.
• Collaborate with department, facility, and company leadership to achieve goals.
• Stays informed on patient satisfaction updates, current trends.
• Participates in departmental meetings and Quality Assurance/Performance Improvement programs, promoting collaboration and teamwork.
• Participates in patient experience workshops and projects led by the organizations.
