Qualificações

• 5+ years in food operations, including 3+ years in management.
• Experience with cash handling policies and procedures.
• Familiarity with POS systems and basic computer skills (word, Excel, email).

Responsabilidades

• Manage the food service department to provide excellent service and quality.
• Communicate with leadership to achieve goals across departments.
• Collaborate with dietitians and chefs to develop nutritious menus.
• Provide leadership that supports morale, quality and respect.
• Lead recruiting, training, scheduling, and development of team members.
• Oversee inventory, ordering, vendor relations, and budget compliance.
• Ensure health, safety, and regulatory compliance.
