Job summary

FirstService Residential is seeking a Front Desk Associate in Miami Beach, FL. This full-time role requires greeting residents and guests, monitoring access and security systems, and coordinating daily logs while delivering strong customer service.

The position operates Sunday–Thursday, 3pm–9pm, with compensation at $19.00–$19.50 per hour. AEDT and compliance procedures are described in the employment materials.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• College-level courses in business or hospitality preferred.
• Two to three years of business experience preferred.
• Computer literacy with information systems hardware/software preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Multilingual abilities are desirable.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates excellent customer service, communication, and time management skills.
• Monitors Emergency Response System.
• Greet and direct Residents, guests, and invitees.
• Monitors and controls Electronic Security Control Systems.
• Responds to emergency situations in a timely and efficient manner.
• Monitors and controls access to the building.
• Maintains daily log, records, and forms.
• Resolves and follows-up on all complaints/issues.
• Maintains a safe and secure environment throughout the building/property(s).
• May be assigned other duties by the on-site property manager.
• Follows safety procedures and maintains a safe work environment.
• Other duties as required.
