Job summary

FirstService Residential is seeking a Front Desk Associate in Miami to greet residents, check guests, and monitor access and emergency systems. The role requires clear communication, reliability, and strong customer service in a security-conscious environment.

As a full-time on-site position, you will manage daily logs, assist with inquiries, and adapt to on-site procedures while ensuring a safe and secure building environment for residents and visitors.

Qualifications

• Requires strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to meet and greet residents and manage guest flow.
• Familiarity with emergency response and security procedures.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates excellent customer service, communication, and time management skills.
• Monitors Emergency Response System.
• Greet and direct Residents, guests, and invitees.
• Monitors and controls Electronic Security Control Systems.
• Responds to emergency situations in a timely and efficient manner.
• Monitors and controls access to the building.
• Maintains daily log, records, and forms.
• Resolves and follows-up on all complaints/issues.
• Maintains a safe and secure environment throughout the building/property(s).
• May be assigned other duties by the on-site property manager.
• Follows safety procedures and maintains a safe work environment.
• Other duties as required.
