• Manage the security company; adjust schedules; ensure holiday coverage and property/garage coverage.
• Implement, train and monitor the concierge program for resident needs and issue resolution.
• Be the point of contact for resident relations; follow up on service requests and move-in tasks; manage packages and deliveries.
• Maintain inventory of community supplies for common areas and amenities.
• Provide staff coverage calendars and lead team meetings.
• Prepare monthly budget projections for events and expenses; document budget variances.
• Respond promptly to resident and owner concerns and communicate requests to the appropriate teams.
