Job summary

Greystar South Lake Union in Seattle seeks an experienced Concierge to deliver superior resident services at a luxury high‑rise community. You will welcome prospects and residents, coordinate guest services, and support day‑to‑day operations to ensure a seamless living experience.

You will work with a team to provide outstanding customer service, maintain schedules, and share local area information for residents.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and ability to interact with a diverse group of people.
• Professional in dress and communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail.
• Knowledge about the neighborhood to assist residents and guests.
• Proficiency in using computers, internet, and basic software.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service as part of a team.
• Greets prospects and residents and ensures their comfort while they wait to speak with a team member.
• Answers phone calls and routes them to the appropriate team member.
• Maintains the guest suite schedule for proper payment and cleanliness upon guest arrival.
• Ensures clubhouse amenities are in tour condition before opening each morning.
• Keeps detailed information on local area restaurants and vendors and maintains contacts.
