Responsibilities

• Warmly greet residents, guests, and visitors, ensuring they feel welcomed and valued.
• Monitor and control access to the building, verifying identity and authorized entry.
• Maintain a visible presence at the entrance to enhance security and deter unauthorized access.
• Receive, log, and distribute packages, mail, and deliveries to residents in a timely and secure manner.
• Maintain detailed logs of visitor arrivals, deliveries, and any unusual activities or incidents.
• Assist residents and visitors with information, directions, and local area services.
• Coordinate with other staff, such as maintenance and security, to ensure smooth operations.
• Ensure the cleanliness and orderliness of the entrance and lobby area.
