Greystar is seeking a Concierge for The Residences at Rainier Square in Seattle. The role involves welcoming residents, guests, and visitors, managing building access, and supporting security with calm, professional handling of incidents.

Responsabilidades

• Warmly greet residents, guests, and visitors, ensuring they feel welcomed and valued.
• Monitor and control access to the building, verifying identity and authorized entry.
• Maintain a visible presence at the entrance to enhance security.
• Receive, log, and distribute packages and deliveries to residents securely.
• Maintain logs of arrivals, deliveries, and any unusual activities or incidents.
• Assist residents with information, directions, and local area services.
• Coordinate with maintenance and security for smooth operations.
• Ensure cleanliness and orderliness of entrance and lobby.
