Job summary

Greystar Worldwide, LLC is seeking a responsive and customer-focused Concierge to support residents in a vibrant Portland community. You will greet residents and visitors, handle phone inquiries, manage deliveries, and coordinate schedules for move-ins and community activities.

The role requires flexibility to work in an outdoor/indoor environment, lifting up to 25 pounds, and occasional travel to assist other properties. A welcoming demeanor and strong communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering high-quality resident or guest service.
• Ability to greet residents and visitors professionally.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet prospects and residents and ensure comfort while they wait to speak with staff.
• Answer phone calls and route to the appropriate team member.
• Maintain guest suite and loading dock/elevator schedules for move-ins and move-outs.
• Ensure clubhouse amenities are tour-ready before opening each morning.
• Manage package deliveries and notify residents within 24 hours.
• Track equipment rentals, dry cleaning services, and other community services.
• Assist with scheduling and organizing resident activities and programs.
• Maintain local area information and vendor contacts for residents.
