Job summary

Greystar is seeking an on-site leasing/guest services coordinator in Portland to deliver exceptional resident experiences across community operations. You will greet residents and guests, route inquiries to the right team, and support move-ins, move-outs, and deliveries with strong organizational skills.

In addition to coordinating activities and maintaining schedules, you will manage guest services, daily amenities readiness, and vendor relations to ensure a welcoming, efficiently run community

Qualifications

• Greets prospects and residents and assists with inquiries.
• Answers calls and routes to the appropriate team member.
• Coordinates schedules for move-ins/move-outs and deliveries.

Responsibilities

• Greets prospects and residents as they enter the office/leasing area.
• Answers phone calls and routes to the appropriate team member for assistance.
• Maintains the guest suite schedule and coordinates loading dock/elevator for move-ins/move-outs.
• Ensures clubhouse amenities are ready for daily operations.
• Manages all package deliveries and notifies residents within 24 hours.
• Maintains logs for equipment rentals and other services.
• Assists with scheduling resident activities and programs.
• Keeps local information and vendor contacts up to date.
